We have a number of different delivery options depending on where you live and how quickly you need your order.
UK (Standard) Delivery – FREE/£3.90
UK Standard delivery to any UK address is FREE on orders over £75 and costs £3.90 on orders below. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and during sale will typically arrive within 3-4 working days, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email.
UK (Premium) Delivery – £6.90
UK Premium delivery costs £6.90. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and will ordinarily arrive the next working day for orders placed before 4pm, although this is not a guaranteed service. You will receive a tracking number via email.
For any of the above services, if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, you can ask him/her to leave the package in a ‘safe place’ – i.e. in the porch, with a neighbour etc. Simply enter your designated place under delivery instructions. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for two weeks.
UK (Express) Delivery – £9.90
We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. All orders received before 4pm will ordinarily arrive before 1pm on the following working day. Please note that orders placed before 4pm on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday and orders placed after 4pm on Friday are only guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday. Again, you will receive a tracking number via email.
A signature is required for this service, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for one week.
European Delivery – £9.00
We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe.* These are charged at £9 an order and can take a week to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss.
This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
Rest Of The World – £12.00
We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe.* These are charged at £12 an order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please note that because of their weight and fragility, we will not normally send gift boxes with overseas orders. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss.
This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, a different colour or a different product, we can offer a very quick turnaround with replacement items normally being sent out within one or two working days of receiving your goods. Please note that this may take longer at sale time. There is no additional delivery charge for UK exchanges.
Simply fill in the returns form on your despatch note, indicating what you would like to exchange, affix the peel-off label included in your parcel and send it back to us at Gracie, Cypress House, 2 Coburg House, Wood Green, London N22 6UJ.
You may ordinarily return any products within 21 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.
We strongly recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
